Love is one of the most fundamental parts of being human. We want to love and be loved, to feel close to other people, to know that we matter, and to feel comfortable being ourselves in our relationships.
And yet, being open to love isn't always easy.
We learn to protect ourselves when we've been hurt. We hold parts of ourselves back because we're afraid of how they'll be received. We become good at taking care of other people while struggling to let them take care of us. We might seek reassurance, avoid difficult conversations, keep people at a distance, or adapt ourselves to maintain connection.
And sometimes, life simply gets busy, our attention goes elsewhere, and we lose touch with the people and experiences that make us feel connected.
A Return to Love is an invitation to explore our relationship with love in all its forms: the love we give to others, the love we're able to receive, and the care and kindness we extend towards ourselves.
We'll explore what helps us feel safe enough to be open, what happens when vulnerability feels difficult, and the ways we might unintentionally distance ourselves from the connection we want.
Because love isn't only something we feel. It's also something we practice through the way we listen, communicate, set boundaries, receive care, show affection, repair after conflict, and stay connected to ourselves while being close to someone else.
Through ceremonial cacao, somatic practices, breathwork, connection, and reflection, we'll create space to explore all of this through experience rather than only thinking about it.
You'll be guided to :
🌀 Ceremonial Cacao
A guided cacao ritual to help you slow down, settle into the experience, and create space for connection, reflection, and presence.
🌀 Somatic & Connection Practices
Simple practices using movement, awareness, sound, and connection with others to explore how you experience closeness, boundaries, receiving, and being seen.
🌀 Transformative Breathwork
A guided conscious connected breathwork journey to quiet some of the usual mental noise and create space to experience emotions, sensations, and whatever else may be present.
🌀 Integration & Reflection
Time for journaling, grounding, and reflection to help you connect the experience with the way you relate to yourself and others in everyday life.
This session is for you if :
