You’ve done the work. You understand your patterns. You've journaled, meditated, read the books, even gone to therapy. It all helped in some way, but still, something is missing. Despite all the work, you keep repeating the patterns, your body still feels tense, your mind busy, your heart guarded. Even with all your self-awareness, you still shut down, spiral, or explode.

Acknowledging that despite your best efforts, something is not working is tremendously honest and courageous.
For years, I thought I was doing all the right things : reading, journaling, meditating, going to yoga. I was able to understand my patterns, trace back the root cause, explain my traumas, and name my triggers. And still, I kept ending up in one-sided relationships with emotionally unavailable partners. I avoided conflict at all costs and shut down at the slightest hint of criticism. I felt like I wasn’t enough in love or in my work, even though I consciously knew I was.
I understood everything in my mind, but I couldn’t change how I reacted. It wasn’t until I started working with the body that things truly shifted.
So if you've ever thought to yourself that something must be wrong with you, I get it, I've been there too. But I can assure you : you're not broken.
Breathwork is not a magic cure-all, and it won't fix your life. But what I can promise you, is that together, we will create a container in which you can create the safety you've been missing on a body and soul level, and this will be the base to unlearn the behaviors that are holding you back, from love, from connection, from the way to actually want to live.

The journey starts when you apply for the session. There, you can introduce yourself, what leads you to the session, or anything else you'd like me to know. During that initial intake, I also ask you some information about your current health, and this is to assess if this kind of Breathwork is suitable for you, as there are some contraindications. If for any reason, this kind of Breathwork is not suitable for you, we can still work together using different tools and techniques ! Either way, that first step helps us creating a session completely tailored to your needs !
At the beginning of our session together, we go over the form, and dive deeper. We get curious about what you truly want, to set an intention for the session.
We also go through all the details of the breathing techniques, what you may feel, go over any boundary, or question you may have. All of that for you to feel a bit more grounded and safe befire diving into the breath.
It is now time to get out of your head, and into your body, beginning to gently connect with your breath. We start very slow and gentle, breathing naturally, for you to get used to follow your breathing and its sensations.
This is also where we go through some simple techniques you can use during the session to support yourself if something comes up that is challenging or triggering, for you to always feel safe and in controle of your experience, and not getting overwhelmed.
And then, we breathe. You can always go at your own pace, faster or slower. During the whole process, I am right by your side to support and coach you through it.
This is the moment when you allow your body to take the lead. The breath starts to bring things to the surface, tension, emotion, memories, or energy that’s been held in for a long time. You might feel physical sensations, get emotional, or enter a deeply calm state. Everything is welcome here. This is where you may be releasing things, but also tap into joyful, loving, gratitude, or blissful states.
You don’t have to push, perform, or force anything. The goal isn’t to have a big release, it’s simply to let what’s ready to move, move. I’ll be there to help you stay present and grounded through it all.
After the active part of the breathing, it is time to slow everything down, in order to let your body and nervous system come back to a state of balance. This is why we shift the way in which you breathe.
There, you may feel a profound sense of peace, calm, connection, and insights. There may be some emotions still coming to the surface at that time. Let them. It's all coming in perfect timing, when your body feels safe enough to bring them up.
Whenever you feel ready, you can start to move and awaken the body, have a drink and/or a snack, and take some time to journal about anything that came up. Don't worry about making it clear or structured. It can be just words, bullet points, or even drawings. But these first few things that you jot down are important, as you are still connected to your unconscious and subconscious, and something that seemingly makes no sense to you know, could old important keys later.
We also debrief the session together, check how you feel, and practice some additional grounding practices if needed for you to fully land back into your body.
I also go over the next steps with you for after the session : the integration.
After the session is over, it is very important that you take time to integrate it. This is when you take the emotions, insights, and breakthroughs you received during the session, and use them to create change in your everyday life. Only through integration will you actually create transformation.
Spend some time in nature, take plenty of rest, sit with any feeling that may still be resurfacing.
I'll also send you some integration practices you can use, tailored to your needs, ranging from journaling, to somatic and breathing practices, meditation, or boundary exercises.
There is no timeline with integration. Take the time you need, there is no rush. And I'm still here to support you should you need it.

Yes. Because breathwork can involve intense physical and emotional release, there are a few health conditions that may prevent participation. Please read the list of contraindications carefully before applying: - Pregnancy - High blood pressure - Diagnosed Severe PTSD - Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis) - Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic) - Detached Retina - Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries - Epilepsy - History or diagnosis of aneurysms - Cardiovascular problems - History of seizures - Severe Asthma - Heart disease - Heart conditions - Diabetes - Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years - Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
In-person sessions are great if you'd like to receive some body work. Online sessions allow you to practice from the comfort and safety of your home, as well working with a practitioner you trust, even if you're on the other side of the world. You will still receive the same benefits as during an in-person session : I will guide you in practicing some body work on yourself, and you will still receive energy healing. It is also very empowering to be able to support yourself in that setting. Please note that in that case, you'll need stable internet, headphones (preferably wireless to allow movement), a camera, and a quiet space. They are both very powerful and you can also mix and match.
Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session, and no plant medicine, drugs, or psychedelics for at least a week. Try to avoid heavy meals just before the session. Other than that, come wearing comfortable clothes, and have a bottle of water, and journal and pen nearby for integration. You can also bring a snack as you may be hungry. Also make sure that your space is calm and free of distractions : inform the people that live with you that you shouldn't be disturbed and that they may hear some sounds (or better, if possible, get them out of the house), make sure that pets are out of the room or won't interrupt you, etc. After a session, give yourself some time to integrate : try to avoid making big plans or having to rush to work. For our online session, I will send you a guide beforehand to set you up (space, camera and audio setting, etc.).
The 5-sessions pack is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase, and the 10-sessions pack 12 months.

All sales are final. Once purchased (whether one session or a session pack), no refund is possible. If for any reason, you cannot attend a scheduled session anymore, you must let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If not, a 20% fee will be applied to reschedule.
