Whether it’s a personal reset, a moment of celebration, or a deeper intention you’re holding, Cacao & Breathwork create a powerful, heart-opening space to release, reflect, and come home to your body.

Cacao has been used ceremonially for centuries to support connection, both inward and outward. It’s not psychoactive, but it has a powerful softening effect. It helps you drop out of the noise in your head and into your body, making it easier to feel, reflect, and open.
It’s especially supportive in spaces where emotions are invited to move, like breathwork.
It can be especially useful if you :
tend to overthink and want help dropping into your body before breathwork
feel tight in your chest or jaw and need a gentler way to soften tension
shut down or get reactive during conflict and want more presence to stay with yourself
struggle to access or express emotion (you feel numb, or tears are “stuck”)
arrive anxious or wired and need steady focus without a caffeine spike
want to feel warmer, more open, and connected before moving into the breath
need simple, tangible support to regulate your system so the session goes deeper (without forcing)
In simple terms :
Cacao’s flavanols support short-term blood flow, which many feel as warmth, easier breathing, and a clearer head (builds in 30–60 mins; lasts 1–3 hours).
The theobromine (plus a little caffeine) gives calm alertness, which is helpful if you spiral or check out. Sensitive to stimulants ? We simply use a smaller dose.
People often notice a lighter mood and easier connection. We don’t promise “heart-opening”, we invite you to notice your experience (including “not much,” which is valid).

Cacao creates a soft physiological shift, making it easier to notice sensation and emotion without overwhelm.
Breathwork then uses that readiness to process and release what’s under the surface : emotion, tension, unfinished stress responses, at your pace.
What this looks like in real life :
You settle faster at the start of the session instead of fighting your thoughts.
You can better stay present when big feelings arise (less shutdown, fewer spikes).
Tension unwinds more easily; you don’t have to “push” to make something happen.
Many people notice moments of self-love, joy, or gratitude during cacao. That warm, open state often carries into the breathwork, making it easier to feel and release without overwhelm.
What it’s not :
Not a shortcut, not a guaranteed “breakthrough,” not a performance.
We’re not chasing intensity. We’re creating conditions where your system can safely do what it’s ready to do.

Quick health review and cacao dose choice based on your sensitivity
Consent and boundaries : what support feels good, what doesn’t. (Touch is always optional and only with clear consent.)
Introduction to cacao and its effects
Optional short somatic practice to help you arrive and connect to your body.
As we drink our cup of ceremonial cacao together, I guide you through a meditation specifically tailored to you, to help you connect with that medicine, and set your intention for the journey ahead.
After we cover the basics of the breath (how you’ll breathe, for how long, what you might feel), we slow down and drop into the body.
We start very gently, breathing naturally so you can follow your breath and sensations without pressure.
Then we practice a few simple nervous-system tools you can use anytime during the session.
These keep you safe, regulated, and in control of your experience, so you don’t get overwhelmed and can stay with what’s useful.
We begin the practice. You set the pace, slower or faster, based on what feels right. I’m with you the whole time, offering cues and support.
With consent, I may offer gentle, non-invasive touch or grounding support.
Practical aftercare : water/minerals, light food, gentle movement, time outside if possible.
You’ll receive simple prompts or micro-practices tailored to what came up, so you can bring the work into your relationships, work, and daily life.

"Ceremonial grade cacao" is a marketing term, and isn’t based on any regulation. However, for me, this is what I call ceremonial cacao : - responsible agroforestry, preserved land - giving back to small, traditional, native communities, that are paid fairly for their work - minimal processing (fermentation and light roast). The benefits of cacao include : more energy, lower blood pressure, rich in magnesium, potassium, and iron, which help with muscle function, nerve balance, and energy. Many people also notice a lighter mood and steadier focus.
Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session, and no plant medicine, drugs, or psychedelics for at least a week. Try to avoid heavy meals just before the session. Other than that, come wearing comfortable clothes, and have a bottle of water, and journal and pen nearby for integration. You can also bring a snack as you may be hungry. Also make sure that your space is calm and free of distractions : inform the people that live with you that you shouldn't be disturbed and that they may hear some sounds (or better, if possible, get them out of the house), make sure that pets are out of the room or won't interrupt you, etc. After a session, give yourself some time to integrate : try to avoid making big plans or having to rush to work.
All sales are final. Once purchased (whether one session or a session pack), no refund is possible. If for any reason, you cannot attend a scheduled session anymore, you must let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If not, a 20% fee will be applied to reschedule. If you fail to inform me more than 3 hours before the session, the session will be forfeited without a refund. Need help ? Just let me know !
