There are periods in life when we know exactly where we're going, and others when things feel much less clear.
Maybe something that used to feel right no longer does, but you don't know what should replace it. A relationship is changing, you're questioning your work, an old version of yourself doesn't quite fit anymore, or you simply have the feeling that something is shifting without being able to put your finger on what.
You're somewhere in between.
These periods can be uncomfortable. We like clarity, answers, and a sense of direction, so when we don't have them, it's tempting to rush towards a decision, fill the space with something new, or convince ourselves we should have figured it out by now.
But some transitions need time.
In Between is an invitation to explore what happens when we don't immediately try to resolve the uncertainty, and instead give ourselves some space to be where we actually are.
Taking place on October 31st, this edition also draws gently on the symbolism of this time of year. Across cultures and traditions, the transition into the darker months has long been a time to acknowledge endings, change, and the passage from one season into another.
We don't need to attach any particular belief to that symbolism to recognize something familiar in it. Our lives have seasons too, and sometimes we find ourselves at a threshold where something is ending before we know what will begin.
Through ceremonial cacao, somatic practices, breathwork, connection, and reflection, we'll explore our relationship with uncertainty and create space for whatever is still taking shape.
You don't need to know what's next to meet yourself where you are now.
Through ceremonial cacao, somatic practices, and breathwork, you'll be guided to:
🌀 Ceremonial Cacao
A guided cacao ritual to help you slow down, arrive in the present moment, and create space to listen to what might otherwise get lost beneath the noise of everyday life.
🌀 Somatic & Connection Practices
Simple practices using movement, awareness, sound, and connection to explore how uncertainty and change show up in the body, while building a sense of support and steadiness.
🌀 Transformative Breathwork
A guided conscious connected breathwork journey to quiet some of the usual mental noise and create space for emotions, sensations, and whatever may be present beneath the need to figure things out.
🌀 Integration & Reflection
Time for journaling, grounding, and reflection to help you process your experience and consider what you want to carry with you beyond the workshop.
This session is for you if:
You don't need to be going through a major life transition to join. Sometimes the in-between is much quieter: a question you've been sitting with, a subtle shift in what you want, or the feeling that you're ready for something to change without knowing exactly what.
No experience with cacao or breathwork is needed.
Just come as you are, even if where you are right now feels unfinished.
